THE "ALL-IN" TRAINING EXPERIENCE THIS SUMMER

Elite Level Training for Those Who Want More

365 PHA Summer School focuses on developing elite level hockey players of high character and integrity. We strive to teach our players skills that will help them on and off the ice as they continue to grow as a player and person.

Overview

Players will participate in 4 ice sessions each week, 5x off-ice sessions (agility and scanning training) as well as 5x gym workouts:

We will also be offering a snack table every Wednesday. This will educate the players on which snacks are healthiest and most beneficial for young athletes while training.

Fridays special schedule will further enhance our athletes by utilizing yoga, video sessions, nutrition information, as well as agility and scanning training with Hall of Fame Coach, Lou Vairo.

Group Placement

We will be offering four groups for 2024 Summer School. Group placement will be assigned by staff.

COLLEGE PRO: High Level Junior, College, or Professional Athletes only

Group 1: 14U

Group 2: 12U

Group 3: 10U

Gear

Players will be required to purchase the following gear:

Jersey
(2) Workout Shirts
(2) Workout Shorts

We are pleased to launch the online store for the 2024 365 Performance Summer program. Please use the link below and note the important details below

Important Details-

The store will remain open through midnight May 17^th
To get families their orders as soon as possible, we will place orders to our suppliers May 1^st and once the store closes.
Orders placed before May 1 will receive their orders in early June. Orders placed between May 1 -May 17^th will receive orders end of June
All orders will be shipped directly to families via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping address needs to be physical address, no PO Boxes please.
Please consult all sizing charts before placing your order. All items are made-to-order therefore no extras will exist to exchange. The jersey is produced from same company who supplied the Tier 2 jerseys last year.
