365 Performance Welcomes Terry Pratt as new Strength & Conditioning Coach

Terry Pratt joins 365 Performance after a stellar 25-year career in the ultra-competitive Michigan hockey market. Pratt founded First Fine Performance where he worked with from top NHL players, such as Alex Debrincat, all the way to 8-year-old players trying to create an athletic base. 

Since 2015, Terry has been the strength coach for 6 state champion teams, 7 national qualifiers, and 3 national finalists. Pratt and his coaching staff created a culture that gives elite athletes, youth, and adult fitness enthusiasts alike the support, resources, and inspiration to reach their true potential. Pratt’s work speaks for itself:

· 9 national team players 

· 6 NHL draft picks 

· 7 top tier D1 college players 

· 4 of the top 50 OHL point leaders 

· 24 USHL players 

· 35 NAHL players 

Terry is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. During his career he has spent continuing education mentorship at the Institute for Human Performance, Gary Robert training system, and the USA National Team.
